If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading. ~Lao Tzu

We spent the weekend away at brownie camp.  The chicks were cared for by some friends who live close by while we kicked back with H’s brownie troop. I was set to be a leader at the camp, driving out Saturday afternoon after leaving Bill at the bus station (he had to go in to Toronto for a music industry event, with G20 security and traffic it was easier and cheaper for him to bus)…

I took the very simple directions to get to the camp and still managed to get horribly lost.

I passed this fence post 12 times

These horses judged my (un)natural sense of direction at least 9 times

I passed this ’49 Chev truck about 11 times before I stopped to take a proper photo

This horse was blind to my gps-addicted(but left it at home)-lunacy

When I finally arrived (after an hour and a half of wandering and stopping to ask a farmer for directions), I jumped in to the fun

There are many more photos to post, but without the permission of other parents, I won’t be able to do that until later this week.

Now, off to do some math work with H… have a great day!
