Henry VI

Naming #8 was a great plan, as Cat (formerly #8) is very, very active in his shell… so we’ve been inspired to name another.

King Henry VI once said “I want there to be no peasant in my kingdom so poor that he cannot have a chicken in his pot every Sunday.” Now, we’re not interested in putting this chicken into a pot, but the quote seemed oddly appropriate tonight (Sunday) while I was desperately trying to rig a device that would allow more light to shine through #11 so that we could get a good video. It involved a pot, more flashlights, towels, saran wrap, dental floss and fridge eggs (so we don’t risk the incubator eggs.)  Needless to say, this was not successful.  We did, however, come up with a name for #11. The egg previously noted at #11 is now crowned Henry VI, and we all hope the egg manages to avoid the same tempestuous tales surrounding his namesake.

Without further delay, we present Henry VI…
